U-PAC intends to provide users of this site with accessible, fact-based insights concerning both incumbent and challenging candidates. U-PAC is attempting to moderate the divisive nature of us vs. them politics. We strongly believe integrity, transparency, accountability, and compassion are required in leadership positions.
